California Supply Chain Transparency Act Disclosure
Pledge Avenue is committed to ethical business practices, including the eradication of slavery and human trafficking from our supply chain. The California Supply Chain Transparency Act (CSTCA) requires certain retailers and manufacturers to disclose efforts they have taken to ensure their supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.
Company Statement
Pledge Avenue opposes all forms of forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking. We are dedicated to conducting business ethically and responsibly, and we expect the same commitment from our suppliers.
Verification of Supply Chain
We engage in efforts to assess and address the risks of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain. These efforts include:

Supplier Audits
We conduct audits of our suppliers to evaluate their compliance with our standards and applicable laws, including those related to slavery and human trafficking.

Supplier Certification
We require our suppliers to certify that the materials and products they provide to Pledge Avenue comply with all applicable laws, including laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.

Internal Accountability
Pledge Avenue maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and human trafficking.
Training
We provide training to our employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management on issues related to slavery and human trafficking, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chain.
Certification
While we do not currently require our direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking, we continuously evaluate our supply chain practices and may consider implementing such certification requirements in the future.
